A job schedule proposal

 

Recently in Costa Rica surged controversies about government’s proposal, applying new changes in the work schedule. The government said that we should work 12 hour per day 4 days per week. For this reason, I want to give a new proposal, that it is more efficiently, modern and it will bring more benefits for us. Our society face problems in job inefficiency, traffic congestions and public money waste in areas that are not important such as health, educations and recreations. That is why, I make a proposal that not just resolve these problems. It will become Costa Rica in a great example of productivity. This proposal is the continuous and full work schedule, seven days a week and twenty-four hours a day.

My proposal consists in all people in the country without importance of age, conditions will be transported to huge industries self-sufficient where they will stay for always. They must be dedicated to produce good and services. Those places will eliminate the necessity to travel to the job, it will eradicate traffic congestions which reduce pollutions, and it optimize the productive time. People will not have to worry for things without importance such as cooking, resting or socialating because each one receive a pill with a correct dose of nutrients that they need. The pills will be designed to make sure that people can live without loss valuable time eating. They will take the pill, continue with their job.

Resting will be considered a practice of the past time unnecessary and not cost-effective. Researches have showed that the human is available to adapt to different extreme environment conditions Thaks to stimulations of the environment, so with a treatment and a correct system of stimulations, People of Costa Rica could keep a continuous production. On another hand, children will be integrated to those industries since they born, so in this way they will learn everything about the jobs, and they develop different abilities that the country require instead of waste budged in educations. They will take advantages of their age and learn practical knowledge through repetitions.

On another hand elder people also going to contribute actively to the national-wellbeing until their last days, so we will avoid to waste money in pensions and medical secure. The people who can not to keep the rhythm of the work could do light tasks o to help to as a biological energy through scientific process. In this way everyone has his/her job according to his personality because we are inclusive industries.

Another important element is the strict control of human reproductions with the aim to get a optimist number of job populations. We will choose the best specimens more resistant and workers for a controlled period of reproductions. In this way. The futures generations will be better to the honorable cause, and this guarantee stability productivity, and obedience to the system. The relationships or love fillings will not have space in this new system; the sex will be just for reproduction.

Some people could argue that this is not proper way to treat people and this is an extreme way to do it. However, those people do not understand that it is a sacrifice necessary to achieve a national economic prosperity. Individual comfort, resting and liberty are not necessary. I kwon if the government apply this new proposal. Costa Rica will get new economic empowerment that we do not imagine. Costa Rica do not have poor people, pollutions, neither traffic congestions and social problems. This is a great proposal to improve the Costa Rica.
